- 1 cupcashew milk (or other plant milk of choice)
- 2 scoopsVanilla Vinyasa Kashi™ GOLEAN™ Plant Powered Shake
- 1 smallfrozen banana
- 1/8 tsp.cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp.nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp.ginger
- Sprinkle of ground cardamom
Directions
Place all ingredients into your blender in order above and blend 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
