  • 1 cupcashew milk (or other plant milk of choice)
  • 2 scoopsVanilla Vinyasa Kashi™ GOLEAN™ Plant Powered Shake
  • 1 smallfrozen banana
  • 1/8 tsp.cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp.nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp.ginger
  • Sprinkle of ground cardamom

Directions

Place all ingredients into your blender in order above and blend 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
