Love this cereal

These are fantastic. Don’t over do it due to fiber content - a half of a bowl is plenty. If you have a need for assistance when going to the restroom, it fixed me and didn’t over do it - just the right amount. So thankful!

Don't buy if you have a sensitive tummy

For years, the Honey Flax Almond crunch was my go-to cereal. But the recipe change and new grain ingredient of triticale upset my stomach. So, I tried the chocolate crunch hoping the dark chocolate will be better. Nope - my stomach was queasy for 4 days. The new recipe isn't for everyone. I will no longer buy Kashi cereals.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Tasty and chocolatey

This is such a delicious cereal, and I love that the ingredients are simple and minimal. I have tried a number of different Kashi cereals and this is one of my favorites. It's chocolatey and delicious, and keeps its crunchiness in the milk. It also is sweet but not overly so. I have been eating it for a few weeks and will definitely repurchase.

Great for a different breakfast

This is a great alternative to a regular breakfast. I really enjoy the taste, crunch and how filling it is. I use a chocolate protein shake as the milk for an added boost of chocolate and protein. I find this combination very filling. The only downfall is the added sugar but that is probably why it tastes so good to me.

Delicious!

KashiGo is such a great high protein, high fiber option if you are on a health journey like me or if you just want to add more of both into your diet. I have tried other Kashi cereal flavors in the past but this chocolate one is by far my favorite! It tastes like actual chocolate without any weird aftertaste and makes the milk just as delicious! Kashi stays true to the word crunch and stays crunchy even if you leave it sitting in milk for a while. Overall, a delicious, healthier option that I would 100% recommend!
