*GOLEAN helps increase fiber and protein intake as a part of a healthy, nutritious lifestyle. Diets high in protein (30% of total daily calories from protein) have been shown to help you feel full. See Nutrition Information for details.
** The average of leading cereals: 4g fiber, 3g protein serving

Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of Kashi® GOLEAN® provides 10 grams of soy protein.

Development of heart disease depends upon many factors, but its risk may be reduced by diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol and healthy lifestyles.

Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol and rich in fruits, vegetables, and grain products that contain some types of dietary fiber, particularly soluble fiber, may reduce the risk of heart disease, a disease associated with many risk factors.

I went through the trouble of creating an account and giving you all my personal information just to be able tell you how disappointed I am with your move away from health in this one formerly low-sugar product, which was the only one I bought. I originally came here to ask when you'd stop using GMO soy in your cereals, but now I don't even care. Now that I see you've cheapened the product by increasing the sugar, I see you are putting profit over health again. Shame.

Just noticed the amount of sugar in your new formula. 9 grams? I am very disappointed and I will stop buying your cereal. Please go back to your old formula.

Why did the product change? I am another unhappy long-time customer. Please change it back to the old formula!!!!

I noticed that the calories use to be 140 per cup, the smaller boxes are 160 now, but the larger bos is 140 (21 oz), is is the smae formula , I like the one with the 140 calorie better

I associate Kashi brand with healthy eating, and I love that this cereal contains so much fiber and protein. However, I don't love that it contains so much sugar. When I am finished with the cereal, the leftover milk tastes really sweet like flavored milk. It puts me into a sugar coma - not good! I really like this cereal. Please cut back on the sugar!

The formula was never changed. It has always been 160 calories, high sugar, low fibre. For years it was just inaccurately and misleadingly labled.

I, too, am horribly disappointed in the increase in sugar. I wish I had known that this was happening so I could stock up on the old formula. I will now have to reconsider purchasing this brand.

I was a regular consumer of this product (at least 2 boxes a week). I recently noticed the formula change. An increase of calories resulting from an increase of sugar and decrease in fiber. The health aspect was the reason your product was purchased. I will no longer be purchasing your product the way it is. There are other foods I can eat. If you are going to change the formula, it might be wise to consider part of your market. By reading the other comments here, it doesn't look I'm the only 1.

Seriously, why? I literally buy this specific cereal every week. I noticed the changes right away once you put the new packaging and I was disappointed. Whatever you did, was most likely unnecessary. I still buy this product...... or at least whatever's left of the ORIGINAL. I have to search through the rows to find the LAST of the 140c. You can be sure that once I can't find any more and they are completely gone..... I'll be gone too.
