Tiramisu Waffle Sandwich


With all the flavors of tiramisu, this yummy waffle sandwich is ready in minutes and is perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 8 Kashi GO® Protein Waffles, Vanilla Buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tbsp confectioners’ (icing) sugar
  • 1 oz strong brewed espresso, chilled
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy or whipping (35%) cream, whipped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting


1. Toast Kashi GO® Vanilla Buttermilk Protein Waffles according to package directions.
2. In medium bowl, using electric hand mixer, beat together mascarpone cheese, confectioners’ sugar, espresso and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Divide mascarpone filling among 4 waffles, and cap with remaining waffles. Dust sandwiches with cocoa powder.
