  • 2 cups sliced organic carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons local organic honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

1. In medium saucepan combine carrots, water and honey. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until liquid is syrupy.
