Chilled Peaches and Yogurt Soup Recipe
Restaurant-quality soup or dessert in 10 minutes? You bet. With succulent peaches, agave, creamy yogurt, and mint, this dish is an ideal way to either start or finish a summertime meal.

- 4 medium organic peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 cups natural sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup organic plain yogurt
1. In blender container combine peaches, sparkling water, agave nectar, mint and salt. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Ladle into 2 chilled bowls. Garnish with yogurt.
