Cherry Vanilla Flax Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons organic flax seeds
- 1 cup organic low-fat vanilla soymilk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen organic tart cherries
- 1/2 medium organic banana
- 3 whole ice cubes
Directions
1. Thaw cherries, if frozen.
2. Use coffee grinder to grind flax seeds into fine powder.
3. In blender container combine cherries, flax seeds, soy milk, banana and ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
