Berry and Chocolate Waffle Bites Parfait
Here’s an easy homemade parfait that combines the tartness of fresh berries, the creaminess of Greek yogurt and the crunch of Kashi® Chocolate Waffle Bites cereal — it’s a healthy (and delicious) start to your morning!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Kashi® Chocolate Waffle Bites
- 1/2 cup Chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Toasted green pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- for garnish Mint leaves
Directions
1. Divide 1/2 cup yogurt between 2 glass bowls or parfait cups. Top each with 1/4 cup Kashi® Chocolate Waffle Bites cereal, 2 tbsp strawberries and 2 tbsp blueberries. Repeat layers once.
2. Divide pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and mint leaves between bowls.
Tip: For variation, switch out berries with your favorite chopped fruit, and replace pumpkin seeds with chopped nuts.
