I’ve just started yoga 2 months ago though I have done pilates for 2 years just a (gentle morning exersise).I would love to be at my goal wieght of 175 by January 09.Im 6" even at 38 and a mother of eight and my current weight is 200 (yikes!)I have never been 200 pounds.
