I have been on Weight Watchers the last two years and have lost 71lbs. I still want to lose more weight and really make my body lean. So, I am beginning Yoga along with running and using a jump-rope.
I am continuing to eat well and I love Kashi because it is so natural and doesn’t leave me feeling weighted down like processed food. :D)
