As a student athlete approaching her basketball season, I look to improve my diet and eat balanced, healthy, all-natural foods.
I would like to grasp control of my eating habits and stop my binge eating.
I need to get into great shape for not only my upcoming basketball season, but also for my soccer season which starts in the spring.
