Win a disc golf tournament. Not there yet.

I started in June of 2007 at 226 pounds, I have lost 47 pounds. I am at my ideal weight, now I am working to maintain and build muscle and convert the remaining belly fat… though it’s good for reserve fuel for long bike rides.

I am now biking (road) about 3-4 times a week and I am in my best condition since college…. scratch that. EVER!
Just the other day I rode my bike 110 miles to play in a disc golf tournament. I’m crazy!

In the cabinet: Golean, Golean Crunch, Golean Crunch Almond, Golean shakes, TLC crackers.

GoLean Crunch and GoLean shakes and a lot of watching what I eat has gotten me there.

Just qualified for the US Disc Golf Championship! I am sure I could not have done it without setting goals for this year, both health and fitness based.
