My health goals are not to necessarily lose weight, but to take better care of myself. I would like to see myself eating healthier foods, incorporating more veggies,fruits,and fiber in my diet.
My fitness goals are to to incorpriate activity in my daily life, such as walking etc. i would like to become more fit and toned. And develope an exercise routine that works best for me, such as pialtes or a higher energy focused yoga.
