I’m hardcore about my exercise and try to be about eating clean most of the time. my biggest downfall is sweets. i workout at least an hour a day six days a week doing P90X, P90X+, Turbo Jams, and other at home workout dvds. i also catch a class at the gym a few times a week mostly in between work and class. My goals are to continue working out regularly since I’m going to school to become a personal trainer/fitness instructor and to keep eating healthy.
