I would like to be able to eat fewer snacks every day, and to eat more fruits and vegetables and soy milk to increase my daily intake of calcium. I am trying to lose weight until I am happy with the way my stomach looks. I really enjoy the different challenges, and seeing what other people have to say—everyone is so positive and friendly!
