Well, I’m on a softball team at my high school and i currently weigh in at 150lbs at 5’4". I’m trying to get down to 130 lbs, but i keep geeting tempted by unhealthy food at the bokstore at school and my parent’s food at home. I have trouble sticking to diets, working out, and doing homework. I need a balance o a schedule. That’s what I’m here for. To be able to blaance my workout, diet, and homework schedule to get down to my desired weight.
