I health goal is to adequately eat enough healthy whole grains, fruits and vegies along with lean protein, keeping saturated fats and refined sugar to a minimum. I also want to eat a certain amount of healthy fats.
Fitness goals: I want to firm up and build muscle. I also want to increase my cardiovascular fitness level.
