Health & fitness goal:

I am a college freshman. Since arriving to college, my eating habits have changed. I used to Kashi all the time, and I used to eat healthy at every meal. Well, college does not serve Kashi in the dining halls. I am not getting healthy, home-cooked meals like I did. I have put on some weight and I just do not feel as healthy as I did. I want to regain healthy eating back (make more trips to WalMart to buy healthy foods to eat in the dorm) and lose the weight I have put on.
I am a runner. If I change my eating habits and become healthy again like I was, then my running will be much more enjoyable.
