I really want to learn to make my own healthy foods more often, and to make better food choices. I also hope to making running a part of my everyday life… and try a something new every month or two (i.e. rock climbing, mountain biking, etc)... through this i wish to achieve some personal goals (weight loss, overall health), as well as raising money for charitable organizations.
