I love making natural, great tasting food that can help people make healthy lifestyle changes! I really enjoy reading the emails from consumers saying how much they love the products I create.
Kashi product I'd bring if I was stranded on a desert island:
This week it is Coco Beach Granola – I kinda change my favorite depending on my moods. My other Kashi favorite is Kashi pizza. (This may be hard since the island would not have an oven... oh well, I could probably bake it in a rock oven!)
I love, love, love:
I LOVE HORSES!!! I love showing my horse. But I also love cooking for my two boys and husband. We always try to have sit down dinners on the weekends, and one or two nights during the week.
