Lose 10 more pounds and gain muscle definition. Eat more frequently throughout the day with less calories per meal/snack. Keep my calories between 1000-1500 a day. Exercise at least 4 or 5 days a week. Intense cardio 3-5x per week. Weight training 2-3 x per week.
