Health & fitness goal:

I am trying to completely overhaul my diet one small step at a time. I am giving myself about a year from the date that I found out that I am having thyroid issues to get my diet and health into a state that will not negatively impact me as I get older.

By April 11th 2008, I will completely eliminated all high fructose corn syrup and processed sugar/flour from my diet.

By May 11th 2008, I will design a work out regime – including walking, sit-ups, and biking – that I can do 3 days a week.

By December 11th 2008, I will have lost 48 pounds. (That’s only 1 lb a week or 4 lbs a month!)
