Health & fitness goal:

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogren’s syndrome with neuropathy. I have usually been very skinny and unable to put on weight.. suddenly I started ballooning even with changing my eating habits.. what i was eating.. and drinking..i even went from whole milk to soy milk.. i had originally put on 40 lbs in 2 months.. then suddenly was ballooning up and down day to day.. 5lbs or more.. and then one day i woke up and i had put on 20lbs in 2 days… so we decide it’s time for lasix.. then i took 20 lbs off in 4 days… and now saw a dietician and i need to have calories for a day about 1300 – 1500 calories/day. and less than 1500 mg or sodium a day…and she said no sugar or honey cereal and it has to have atleast 5g fiber…if not put it down… i have gone beyond what she asked for and watching sugar, fat, carb, and protein. I have completed one day and i’m ok with it so far… eating kashi items that actually taste good with fitting into the requirements.
