i would like to lose 50+ lbs. My niece is getting married in January so I would like to lose a little before then. I really would like to try to exercise more also. I never have any time. I am a daycare provider and mother of a 7 & 9 yr. old. They are both active in Scouts, church bowling and other activities. We are never around.
