My goals are to make it to the gym AT LEAST three times a week, doing both cardio & strength training. On days I don’t make it to the gym, find another fun way to get some walking in. I’m also trying to stay away from processed, refined foods…as well as artificially flavored, preserved or colored foods. These things can be detrimental to the nutrient levels in your food & your body – yikes!
