As a new first-time mom I have let myself stray from my previous health-concious lifestyle. There are many things on which I need to refocus my efforts and attention.
1. Lose the remaining 30 pounds I gained while pregnant, and reach a place where I am pleased with my physical appearance.
2. Continue my focus on a natural and organic lifestyle.
3. Attend yoga at least once a week (ideally twice), and exercise for at least an hour each day.
4. Better care for my appearances, both physical and spiritual.
