Health & fitness goal:

I’d like to complete a half marathon, and once that day comes I want to run a full marathon!

I ran in a 7.6 mile race! Next I would like to be 10 miles, hopefully this spring.

I ran a 8 Mi. race this past summer. I haven’t been running as much because I started biking more!

It’s finally spring and I want to ride my bike at lunch time tomorrow. A sunny, 60 degree day cannot be wasted!

Now that I live back in my beloved Buffalo, I want to ride my back all around the city – even to Canada. I also want to run in a 15k.
