I go on my Treadclimber every day for 60 minutes at level 12, at the speed of 4.0. Then, after my 60 minute workout, I cool down for 5 minutes at the 12 level, at 0.7 miles per hour.
I have been doing this workout for about 4 years…I can tell you that this reduced my cholesterol level ( I inherited the high level through genetics, not diet), and I do not require medication. Not only that, I feel great after the workout, and it truly helps me throughout my day!
