I’m all about trying to live a Natural and Healthy Lifestyle and working out 7 days a week. I try to eat foods that are Natural, Whole Grain, Whole Wheat, Organic, Fresh, some Soy Products, such as Tofu & Soy Milk. I also eat some things RAW (Raw Foodist people will know what this means)
My Day starts at 4:30 am when I wake up to get to the Gym by 5am, work out for an hour and then get to work by 8..On Weekends, I workout for 2 to 3 hours sometimes… I make exercise a MANDATORY part of my life so that I can see it as something that has to be done, much like me going to work…
