I signed up for a fitness class at my community college and want to exercise 5 times a week. I am right there and have the time so there are no excuses. Plus, it’s an easy “A”. I have been eating really well for the past 8 weeks and beleive that I have changed my eating habits to those of a healthy, mindful person. Inches are going to fall off when I start exercising 5 times a week. I need to lose 3 more inches off of my waist to be in the healthy range. I’m ready!!
