My goal is simple I want to be and stay in great physical condition. I want to promote good health and physical fitness to the world. I have a streak going now that I am very pround of. For the last 628 consecutive days I have done a cardio vascular workout that has lasted at least 60 minutes.On 5 of those days I have done two workouts.I primarily ride the Life fitness life cycle where I usually burn any where from 800 to 1000 calories per hour. I am very conscious of what I eat.I eat and enjoy fruits vegetables and whole grains. I love kashi cereal and tell everyone I know about it. I have a blog that I have been writing in for the last 150 days. My reason for starting this blog was to get more people involved inan exercise program.I think everyone in the world should have an exercise blog and write in it daily.
