To get in shape and cleanse my body of harmful toxins and to just cleanse out the junk food. Also, my family has a high history of disease and cancer, you name it, someone in my family probably has it. I want to prevent myself from those diseases and cancers and spread the word to my family, friends, and people of all kinds. Bring on the whole grains!
