Health & fitness goal:
I’ obese and am working to lose weight. I have always wanted to run. I use to be very healthy then had a personal tragedy and gained 200+ pounds in about 4 years. Time has come for me to stop carrying around that pain and this weight that served as a protective blanket. I want to find me again.
