1. too eliminate red meat from the diet, eating only chicken and fish.
2. drink 8 glassese of water (and tea as a substitute) a day.
3. To do three cardio workouts and three weightlifting workouts a week.
4. To do yoga every day.
5. To move towards a lifestyle that involoves only enviromentally and animal safe/friendly products, so that not only i benefit, but the earth and animals.
