I eat incredibly healthy and have no shortage of willpower to work out each day, but I do so as if I were at a normal weight for a 23-year-old.
*Goal: gain at least 15 lbs and increase muscle mass to where I can reintroduce long-distance rollerblading, canoeing, biking and running into my routine
