Well im significantly overweight. Im ready for a lifestyle change. A lasting one. Right now im taking thing slow. Im going to say I want to lose 10lbs..lol.. my ultimate goal would be 90lbs and keeping it off.. Its no longer about wanting to be thin. I have three wonderful little kids that I dont have the energy to play with anymore so now its just about being healthy. My mother was obese and died really young, I dont want to follow in her footsteps and I see that if I dont make a serious lifestyle change NOW Im going to end up just like her.
