health goals: eat healthier foods more often. eliminate snacks prior to turning in for the night.
fitness goals: actually do something to improve my fitness. i walk a lot at work and move about constantly, but when i’m done i’m exhausted an thanks to my laziness i’ve never really gotten in the habit of exercising.
