Health & fitness goal:

My goal is to be here for my Grandson. I am out of shape and would like to play with him and his siblings as they come. I am in a gym and am able to do 30 minute cardio (6-7 miles @ 120 bpm) plus weight train to build my core. I would like to build to 2-30 minute sessions and do a whole body workout. I weighed 340 at the beginning and i am down to 295. I want to get down to the low 200’s. In my prime while on active duty in the Marines i weighed 205, i believe this is a good target weight.
