I am changing my lifestyle. I used to eat lots of fast and processed foods and over the years i have packed on the lbs to prove it. I would eat large portions of junk food and beer and soda to wash it down. I used to spend all my extra time being sedentary.
My new lifestyle includes fresh veggies and fruit, whole grains and lean proteins. I walk at least 45 mins each day, at least 19min/mile speed. I am slowly increasing my time. I would like to do 9 min/mi so that I can run a 10K in an hour!
