I’m a father of 7 and over the years I’ve gained a lot of weight and developed Type 2 Diabetes. I’m 6’1" tall and my present weight is about 265. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. of fat and gain more muscle. I run a home base business and I’m sitting at my desk most of the day. I’m a sweet eating. I love sweets!!! And with my two daughters, they’re always asking for cookies and candy. I tried your cookie, you know the one I stole from the cookie jar :) and it was GREEEEEAAAAAT! I will put them in the cookie jar the next time I go shopping and see what the reaction is. My ultimate goal is to see my whole family eating more healthier foods, so we can be around a long time. So keep up the good work, your Kashi cookie was fantastic.
