As a new page of my life unfolds i have decided to incorporate 5 things in my life.
1. I plan to eat a mainly vegetarian diet with only fish and chicken as sources of protein.
2. I will do 5 days of cardio with 3 days of weights.
3. I want my body to be well working when I am elderly so i have decided to start now.
4. Learn to do yoga, and do it every morning.
5. Spend the rest of my days respecting the earth, the people in it, and myself as well.
