I would like to reach the following life goals:
• Drink more water/tea and limit caffeine intake
• Take time to just breathe
• Exercise: 3 days cardio and 3 days resistance training
• Eat more vegetables than meat (limit red meat to 3 or 4 times a year)
• Limit the amount of garbage I have by recycling.
