Lose about 25 pounds, I do exercise regularly and will continue, that is not a problem, but have been losing, and regaining,the same 10 pounds over the last 3 years. I need to break that cycle and permanently lose the weight. It is harder at my age, 66, but it will not get easier as I get older. Need to do it this year. I am sure my knees and joints will feel better.
