I previously lost 50 lbs and am working on my next 40 lbs. I have been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last year now and started Kettlebells training 1 yr ago. Kettlebells has now transcended into Crossfit/Kettlebells. Crossfit has helped me to improve my cardiovascular conditioning. My stamina has improved immensely which
has helped in my Jiu Jitsu training. I’ve been training in Crossfit for about 6 months now and am looking forward to improving my level of fitness to my fullest potential.
