Kashi is made up of such a creative and fun group of people. I love that everyone is so passionate about the food they are creating. I am proud to tell people I work for Kashi and enjoy giving samples to my friends and family. My dad is a big Kashi consumer, so it is really neat to give him new innovation items we have launched and talk with him about his opinion of the food.

I love Mountain Medley cereal. It’s the big chunks of pecans that really make it my favorite. I absolutely love the chewiness of the cereal and the fact that it is so unprocessed. My other two favorites are Organic Promise Autumn Wheat and the TLC Chewy Cookie in Oatmeal Dark Chocolate. It’s now the only cookie I like to eat.

I enjoy walking about two miles per day. I live on a dirt road in the country, so I get to see a lot of nature on a daily basis.

To remember that making one small change at a time can have a big impact in the long run.
