Health & fitness goal:

Instead of making a goal to lose weight by a certain date, I would like to change my habits and make eating healthy and working out a part of my life that will stay with me forever. I would like to include more fresh foods and whole grains in my diet and stay away from the sweets completely. I would like to be strong and make it through the day without binging on junk food and candy.
