My health and fitness goal is to lose 35 pounds and increase my excercise to 30 minutes a day. I have also gone vegan (not a big leap since I was Vegetarian for 2 years in High School). It is my goal to love my body as if it were seperate from me and treat it accordingly (I am most often nicer to others than I am to myself and it needs to stop.)
