I am very high in my Cholestrol and I am 21!!! I am making a commitment this year to get my butt into shape and get into thos favorite jeans again, I have alot of work to do as I love to Read and Watch TV. The enemy of my dog and my good health! So I am working on a better eating habit with Kashi and Salads and Organic Foods and expanding my cooking habits to cut out on all the extra sugars and bad stuff added in. So any information from a friend to a friend would be awesome!!
