My goal right now is to strengthen and tone my body and to lose 13.4 more lbs. I just participated in my first 5k Komen Race for the Cure. 37.1 minutes. Not very fast but I did it! and I ran the whole way…Over the past 7 months I have lost 66.4 pounds. I exercise at least 6 days a week. I have noticed such a positive change in my body, my health and it just feels good to feel good. I tried Kashi because a friend of mine told me about it. I haven’t found anything I don’t like. Cinnamon Harvest cereal is one of my favorites. If I could afford it I would work for kashi for FREE…
