To get down to a size 32 pants, have a sexy upper body so I can be proud to take my shirt off, to be as active as I can and learn to activities such as Inline Skating & Dancing, to cope with emotions in other ways besides eating. To progress as a practitioner of Asthanga Yoga, to see results from lifting weights, to gain endurance as an avid Hiker, to be the best I can be for myself, and no one else but me. I lost 75 pounds and hit my initial goal in July 2008. I still had a little more I could go – but instead I fell into emotional eating and gained 25 pounds back. Now Im on my way to losing my final 35 pounds and concentrating more on the mirror than the scale. I CAN DO THIS! PURA VIDA !!!
